Communication & Inquiries
As we are growing our team, we will do our best to respond to email communication and new email email inquiries within 5-7 business days. During our busy season May - October, we bake off site in our commissary from Wednesday-Sunday and do our best to respond in between orders.
Please allow for at least 1 month lead time prior to booking your order. I am not able to fit in any CUSTOM orders that are week of or two weeks out at this time. This does not apply to our dessert trailer, Stella (@thetreateryli)
Tastings & Samples
As of June 1, 2021, All WEDDING CAKE FLAVOR samples are an additional $25 to your cake price. You are able to choose 3 flavors from my MENU HERE.
Samples are for pick up only in East Setauket Tuesday-Thursday only. We will open more dates back up during the week as our schedule allows for it.
If you would like to sample any of my other desserts, please place an order via email. All orders have a quantity minimum of one dozen. I am not accepting orders for quantities less than 1 dozen at this time.
We will do our best to fit in cake tastings but we do not guarantee an available date to fit in your tasting prior to your wedding as our calendar is double booked with weddings rescheduled from the pandemic. Now that we have our dessert trailer Stella - @thetreateryli .... we will be posting dates of our public events this spring, summer and fall where you are more than welcome to come down and sample some treats!
Based on availability and our schedule, we provide delivery as well as pick up in East Setauket. All delivery fees go straight to our drivers! Our deliveries operate by "windows" i.e. 9AM-11AM. All deliveries are confirmed the Wednesday before your event.

Invoicing, Order Changes & Payment
All invoice edits, appointments, phone calls, or questions regarding your order will only be made via email. We do not accept any orders, questions or inquiries made via Instagram DM or social media.
If you have placed an order with me before via text or social media in the past, I will be redirecting you to email and or our new business phone number beginning June 1, 2021 (even if we are friends...sorry work life balance is in full effect). We are in the process of moving our ordering system from Paypal to HoneyBook....over the course of the month of June 2021, some of you may be seeing a new invoice in HoneyBook. Please disregard the Paypal invoice. We finally found a system that can efficiently work for us to make booking WAY easier than it has been.
Please be mindful that all of the information on your invoice is what I reference when I work on your order. It is your responsibility to read all the details thoroughly incase there is anything I missed from our call! Details like flower colors, flower types, flavors, styles, colors etc...should be referenced clearly on the invoice...if you do not see that at the time of paying or approving the invoice please text me immediately so we can get that edited! I will not be accepting any changes to order via social media as this is another learning curve of how mistakes happen. Everything must be communicated via email.
All invoices must be paid 3 days prior to your event unless otherwise discussed between us at the time of booking.
Our cancellation policy is assessed on a case by case basis due to Covid. I am flexible and I am human. I don't want to make anyone pay for desserts they did not receive..just communicate with me and we can work something out. If for some reason your party needs to be cancelled or re-scheduled.. we can provide you with a credit towards your new date!
